3. Government Authority
Decisions regarding the issuance of passports, visas, OCI cards, and legalizations are made solely by the relevant government authorities. These agencies reserve the right to request additional documentation, require personal interviews, or deny applications at their discretion.
4. No Guarantee of Approval
Travel Solutions Pro LLC does not guarantee the approval or successful outcome of any application. Our service is limited to administrative assistance, guidance, and document organization.
5. Processing Times
All processing times provided are estimates based on current agency guidelines and past experience. We cannot control or guarantee agency turnaround times, delays due to holidays, system outages, or high application volumes.
6. Client Responsibility
The client is responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information. Travel Solutions Pro LLC is not liable for errors, delays, or denials resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client.
7. Fees and Refunds
Our service fees cover our time and administrative expertise. These fees are independent of government or third-party filing fees. Please refer to our Refund Policy for specific details regarding service fee cancellations.
8. Not Legal Advice
Information provided by Travel Solutions Pro LLC is for general guidance and administrative purposes only. We do not provide legal, immigration, or tax advice. Clients requiring legal counsel should consult with a qualified attorney.
9. India Visa and OCI
For OCI and India Visa services, we assist with form filling and documentation according to the current guidelines of the Ministry of Home Affairs and Ministry of External Affairs. Final adjudication rests solely with the Indian mission having jurisdiction.
10. Indian Passport Services
Passport renewal or reissue assistance is provided based on standard procedures. We are not responsible for delays caused by police verification requirements in India or discrepancies in prior passport records.
11. Apostille and Legalization
We facilitate document authentication through Secretaries of State and the U.S. Department of State. We do not verify the underlying authenticity or content of the documents being legalized.
12. Cruise Planning
Travel Solutions Pro LLC acts as a travel agent for cruise bookings. Travel insurance is highly recommended. We are not liable for changes, cancellations, or incidents occurring during the travel period which are the responsibility of the cruise line carriers.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Travel Solutions Pro LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from document delays, missed travel dates, or embassy application decisions.
14. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failures or delays resulting from acts of God, war, pandemic-related government closures, courier service failures, or natural disasters.
