2. Client Responsibility for Accuracy
You are solely responsible for providing complete and accurate information for all applications and bookings. Travel Solutions Pro LLC is not responsible for any delays, rejections, or additional costs resulting from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information or documents you provide.
3. Fees and Payments
Our service fees cover the consultation and document assistance we provide. These fees are separate from any mandatory government, embassy, or consulate processing fees. All service fees must be paid as agreed prior to the commencement of work. Government and third-party fees must be paid directly to those entities as required.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our service fees are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place or document preparation has begun. If you choose to cancel after we have started processing your request, no refund will be issued. Government and consulate fees are generally non-refundable by those agencies once an application is submitted.
5. Processing Times
Estimated processing times provided by Travel Solutions Pro LLC are guidelines based on current government information. We have no control over government processing queues, system outages, or administrative delays and cannot guarantee specific delivery dates for passports, OCI cards, or visas.
6. Cruise and Travel Bookings
When booking a cruise through us, you are also bound by the terms and conditions of the specific cruise line. We act as an agent for the travel provider. We are not responsible for itinerary changes, ship delays, or cancellations made by the cruise line. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.
7. Government Eligibility
A customer's eligibility for services such as OCI, Indian passport renewal, or specific visas is determined solely by government regulations. Travel Solutions Pro LLC assists you in applying based on the details you present but cannot guarantee that a government authority will find you eligible.
8. Document Security and Shipping
While we take professional care with your original documents, Travel Solutions Pro LLC is not liable for documents lost, damaged, or delayed in transit by third-party shipping carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS). We recommend using tracked and insured shipping methods for all submissions.
9. Privacy and Personal Information
We collect personal information necessary to provide the services requested. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle, store, and protect your data.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Travel Solutions Pro LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from governmental rejections, travel delays, or your inability to secure travel documents in time for planned travel.
11. UK ETA and International Visas
For UK ETA, Japan, South Korea, China, and other international visas, we provide assistance based on the requirements published by the respective governments. You are responsible for ensuring your passport meets all validity requirements and that you have disclosed any historical information that could impact visa eligibility.
12. Apostille Services
We assist in obtaining apostille certification for eligible documents. We are not responsible for rejections from the Secretary of State or other issuing bodies if a document does not meet their specific notarization or authentication standards.
13. Renunciation/Passport Surrender
We assist former Indian citizens in the renunciation and surrender process. You are responsible for providing the required proof of acquisition of foreign citizenship and all necessary original documents as requested by the consulate.
14. Force Majeure
Travel Solutions Pro LLC shall not be in breach of these Terms or liable for delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations if such delay or failure results from events, circumstances, or causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to government shutdowns, natural disasters, or global health emergencies.
15. User Conduct on Website
You agree to use travelsolutionspro.com only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from attempting to interfere with the website's security or functional integrity.
16. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Travel Solutions Pro LLC and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our express written permission.
